    Reclaiming Pleasure: for Women (Bellingen)

    Together we’ll build skills in:

    • Practical sex education grounded in science

    • Nervous system regulation and co-regulation

    • Understanding the difference between desire, pleasure and arousal

    As well as how to get out of your head during intimacy:

    • Techniques to increase pleasure and sensation

    • How to figure out what you like and how to ask for it

    • How to create the right context for you to feel desire

  • Nicola Bodle neurodivergence and intimacy workshop

    NeuroSpicy: Intimacy and Neurodivergence (Coffs Harbour)

    A conversation on the differences in intimacy and relationships for ADHD, Autistic and AuDHD individuals. If you’ve ever wondered why intimacy feels overstimulating, uncomfortable or confusing – this is for you.

    In this 2-hour workshop, we'll discuss some of the ways neurodivergent people experience sensations, emotions and internal states.

    We'll talk about novelty-seeking, sensory overload, communication difficulties, and consent.

    You'll leave with a better understanding of your body and nervous system, and skills to take home to form a deeper connection with your body and sexuality.

    The Art of Safe Sensuality (Bellingen)

    A 90 minute somatic workshop for exploring consent, touch, and embodied communication.

    In the Art of Safe Sensuality you will use somatic practices to understand consent and boundaries, how to ask for what you really want, and fully receive without performing or tolerating unwanted touch.

    You will develop a deeper sense of awareness in your body and sensuality, as well as skills to connect with others through giving and receiving touch.

    This is a fully clothed, non-sexual exploration of sensuality that will leave you feeling more connected to your body and pleasure.
